This App adds a long waited feature, Batch Add Shared Parameters, to Autodesk® Revit® families RFA files.
Features:
- Recursive Families Search Engine: It automatically locates and processes all your Revit families under your root folder and its subfolders.
- Dynamic Parameters Source File: You can choose any Shared Parameters file on your computer.
- Easy Filtering: List all parameters or filter by Group
- App supports Type or Instance parameter, it is your choice.
- You can choose Target Parameters group
- Program shows progress bar and current family being processed. You have the right to keep an eye on your automatic bot after all.
- Automatic Upgrade old families from previous Revit versions
- Fast families processing and parameters adding, it works in the background. It skips time needed for presentation and rendering.
- Automatic Report Generation, Creates Log file on your desktop.

This bot loves showing up, it notes down the time it started and when it finished its work.
It loves to work in peace you'll have to leave your Revit program till it finishes its work.

I had some trouble purchasing this app through the autodesk portal but I got in touch with the Megara support staff and they were very helpful in getting me the app. The app does exactly what it says. The trouble with purchasing has since been fixed.
Very Useful app. Helped a lot in adding new shared parameters to of our all family library. We have been looking for this feature.
