Autodesk® Revit® automatically joins the elements with its default rule. If you want to switch the join order between elements you have to do it manually.
If you have a project with thousands of elements that need to be switch joined, this would be a huge task.
This tool will help you to quickly Join and Unjoin as many elements as you like with your defined order.

Does it work with Revit in another language?
Dear Mr. Tiago, Thank you for your feedback. My add in UI is in English only. I haven't test with Revit in other language but I think it should be no problem since it only the language.
I think it's very usefull and esay to use. Great app and great customer service.
