How to acquire an Activation Code for Plex-Earth for Autodesk Forma?

Plex-Earth must be activated on each Forma project you wish to use.

The Activation Code is unique to your account and can be used for the number of projects included in your trial or paid subscription.

How to activate Plex-Earth to a new Forma project?

1. From the sidebar, click the Extensions icon.
2. Select the "Add extension" button in the menu.
3. In the "Extensions" tab, find 'Plex-Earth.'
4. To proceed to install, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions.
5. Then, you will be prompted to enter your activation code (see previous section), or you can click the "Request" button if you don't have one yet.

How to work with Plex-Earth?

• Plex-Earth will automatically fetch your project's area image from Google Maps (default provider).
• You can pick any other provider on the list to view the respective imagery.
• In the 'Historical Imagery' section, you can see the most recent satellite images from our premium providers, Airbus & Maxar.
• By clicking on it, you can view it inside Forma and add any other date to create a timeline of historical imagery.
• In the 'Featured' section, you can preview content by our premium aerial imagery providers (Hexagon & Nearmap), if available for your project location.
