本プライバシーポリシーは、開発者が提供するすべてのAutodesk® Revit®用アドイン（以下「本アドイン」）において、ユーザー情報をどのように収集、使用、および共有するかを説明するものです。
1. 情報の収集と利用
私は、本アドインの利用者から個人情報、モデルデータ、利用統計など、いかなる情報も収集しません。提供するアドインはユーザーのローカル環境内でのみ動作し、外部サーバーへデータを送信する機能は含まれていません。
2. 情報の共有と第三者への提供
本アドインはユーザー情報を収集していないため、第三者と共有される情報は存在しません。また、いかなる形式においてもユーザー情報を販売または譲渡することはありません。
3. 免責事項
本アドイン群の利用により生じた直接的、間接的な損害、損失、または不利益について、開発者は一切の責任を負わないものとします。ユーザーは自己の責任において本アドイン群を使用するものとします。
4. プライバシーポリシーの改定
私は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを更新することがあります。改定されたポリシーはマイページに掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。
