Revit & CS ArtisanRV for Landscape Architects courses cover the basics of Revit® Architecture, focussing on the tools that would be useful for landscape design. Students are introduced to the concepts of Building Information Modelling and the CS Artisan RV tools to aid landscaper professionals with surveys, topography, planting, fencing and shadow studies.

CloudScapes (CSD) is home to the National Plant Specification (NPS) compiled in consultation with UK growers and members of the Horticultural Trade Association and used as the industry standard, forming the basis of fair-trading throughout the amenity horticulture industry.

The NPS takes the guesswork out of plant selection and procurement and provides a comprehensive and accurate ‘bible’ for plant selection and ensures an effective method of producing rigorously specified plant schedules.

Full support is offered for the US ANSI (American Standard for Nursery Stock) system and a mapping system has been implemented to dynamically link the NPS standard used in UK/Europe to the US ANSI system, so that users with global reach can switch seamlessly between metric and imperial units.

The extended CSD planting libraries comprise approximately 11,500 species and varieties and approximately 120,000 specification options and there is an easy facility for users to add their own planting content via Custom Plants.
