As a BIM Manager, BIM Consult becomes the conductor of your BIM projects. We define the  work context  (roles, software, processes) and all  the modeling and exchange rules  (levels of detail, deliverable planning, export formats, naming). This also involves setting up and managing the collaborative platforms that make up the  Common Data Environment (CDE), in particular by applying the recommendations of the ISO 19650 standard. We record all this information in the  BIM Execution Plan (BEP), written at the start of the project and then updated according to changes in context or needs inherent in each phase.

BIM Consult also handles the necessary checks to ensure compliance with the rules established in the BEP. Checks are key to optimized BIM collaboration because they guarantee the quality of the BIM digital models produced and exchanged, and therefore their usability by everyone. The checks are the subject of a detailed report in which the highlighting of "non-conformities" is accompanied by the necessary supporting documents and assistance, if necessary, to resolve the problems.

As part of our BIM Management missions, we also support other uses as needed, such as 3D coordination, 4D planning or even quantity extraction.
