Adds context menus to tables to allow for sorting cells contents, and also moving rows and columns.

• Sort a selected range within a column, select a range of cells by dragging or by using the table column indicators, right click and choose sort. Either sort individual columns or by selected row.
• Reposition Rows or Columns within a table. select a column or row at the table column/row indicator and choose move item, row or column.
• Drag the graphic placement indicator to the desired position.
