Observance uses both 3-legged and 2-legged authentication. 3-legged authentication is used when opting to sign in to your Autodesk Construction Cloud®/Autodesk® BIM 360® account and fetching the available projects. Whereas 2-legged authentication is used during importing files from ACC/BIM 360 to Observance.

Observance™ Trial period lasts for 30 days which can be availed by contacting our sales team via firstname.lastname@example.org. Free trial users can get access to a sample project with some scans uploaded to try out the features available in the viewer. Users can also migrate their projects from ACC/BIM 360 after logging in via Autodesk and request for a scan via the mail mentioned above.
