PCTheme was developed to simplify coloring of tin surfaces displaying elevation ranges using stepped elevations based on division of 2 to 20 and colored by theme.
By providing users with the ability to quickly alter a surfaces appearance users can find a present color arrangements that fits their presentation needs quickly.
