Note: This app uses a custom installer (and not the standard App Store installer).
The PC version is free, though there is a fee (like $10/year if I remember correctly) to be able to use the app on mobile devices. The performance is awesome for an app of this kind.

It says that it is free. I guess some people have a different idea of what free means. You can have the software you just can't use it until you pay.
