AutoCAD® offers the command: _rotate
Select one drawing object if you want to rotate it from the center.
RotateExpert command: ABTM
Rotate drawing objects as Block, Text or MText by Layers.
Select objects with character TEXT, MTEXT and BLOCK.
In AutoCAD, with Rotate command, you can rotate objects (i.e. Text, Mtext and Blocks) in the all layers simultaneously whereas in this app you can choose which layer objects should be rotated.
Now you have possibility to select a different layer or all if you want to rotate all objects.
