Creating setback lines in most subdivisions can be a tedious process: Offset each parcel side, trim the lines and make sure they are on the correct layer. If the parcels change, the setbacks have to be updated again.
This tool will automate that process and reduce the time from minutes or hours to seconds by assigning setback values to each parcel, allowing you to specify a front, rear and side, and allowing you to draw the setbacks on any layer. You can draw and erase the setback lines with a click of a button.
