The ISCAR Tool Advisor for Autodesk® Fusion® helps Fusion users find the ideal cutting tool for manufacturing their part.
It takes into account information regarding the user's machine, the material they are cutting, and the machining operation they want to execute.
Using that information, the ISCAR Tool Advisor will recommend a tool as well as the tool's ideal feeds and speeds for the particular setup.
It also allows you to easily export a tooling shopping list to send to an ISCAR sales rep.

The ISCAR Tool Advisor for Autodesk Fusion is an incredibly useful add-in for anyone working in CNC machining. It takes the guesswork out of tool selection by factoring in your specific machine, material, and machining operation. The recommendations are spot-on, and the suggested feeds and speeds save tons of time dialing in a process.
One of the best features is the ability to export a complete tooling shopping list—makes it super easy to get quotes or order tools through your ISCAR rep. If you're serious about efficient, accurate toolpath programming in Fusion, this app is a no-brainer. Highly recommended!
Not ready for primetime or needs an update.
For years, finding the right speeds and feeds for my application was really frustrating. For the last 2 years, though, I've been using the Iscar Tool Advisor from the Iscar website and have been very happy with how they provide clear speed and feed recommendations based on my exact needs. But, jumping back and forth between Fusion and their website wasn't ideal. This Fusion add-in let's me access the Iscar Tool Advisor directly from Fusion itself, which saves me a lot of time. They also added a tooling shopping list feature that makes it easy for me to send a tooling list to my Iscar sales rep. I'm very happy with this app and highly recommend it!
