With this app you can copy and insert sketch blocks in your active sketch from another part file. In this way, you can use a part file as a library of sketch blocks, without the need to store all the blocks in a template file. Also it makes the copy block process between two parts much faster than doing it manually.

it is with sadness that I realize that I cannot use it in inventor 2023. Is there an update coming?

I used NotePad++ to edit two files and the software seems to work for Inventor 2022. Complete the installation and then edit as follows: Folder = C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\AvantCAD_ImportSketchBlocks.bundle File = PackageContents.xml Change = SeriesMax="Ir25" To = SeriesMax="Ir27" Folder = C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\AvantCAD_ImportSketchBlocks.bundle\Contents File = Autodesk.ImportSketchBlocks.Inventor.addin Change 'SupportedSoftwareVersionLessThan' value = 26 To 'SupportedSoftwareVersionLessThan' value = 28 Hope this is helpful. Will there be a version for Inventor 2021?
"Works like a charm"
Except in a Sketch on a Flat Pattern.
And thats were I installed it for in the first place.
There is an error, and the Block appears not on the cursor.
But does appear in the Browser so it is still four mouseklicks faster than opening an Template part with the Bloks in it and copy from there.
Maybe in the next update?
easy and fast to use profile shapes, and create models from them
