Duct Pro runs side by side with Autodesk® Inventor® and automates the creation of standard sheet metal duct components.
It increases productivity by saving the designer time from manually creating sheet metal duct components and geometry by utilizing its intuitive graphical user interface.
Note: This app uses a custom installer (and not the standard App Store installer).

I am in the process of buying this program. If you build heavier gauge sheet metal ductwork, this program is excellent. There is a mode to make the measurements in inches, but the rest of the parameters remain metric. It will not use your custom sheet metal templates, if you have them but it is easy to change. There is no eccentric round wye, but with some adjustment to the ref model and a larger rip-you are in business.
Hi Darryn, Thanks for the feedback and great review. The setting to Inches or Metric is only used for when no units are specified in the text boxes. The app supports dual units and expressions so you could even enter "4in + 5mm" and it would work. As for the part requirement please email me directly and we can discuss what you would like to add. Went looking for an alternative when the software I normally use was not available. Missing connection and seam options, if you use a pittsburg machine or need flanged connections forget it.

I have been using this app for 7 days to created custom duct work and it saves a lot of time.
But I have some improvements for this app and also more connection for duct if you can add to the app then this is the best.
1. this duct connection is plate but there are other like angle connection.
2. Can you add on/off hole feature for flange
3. have a tab for duct assembly start duct overall length then connection flange types like plate or angle and size. (this help the user not to build assy.) look at the Inventor Bolt connection feature for an idea.
4. Custom file name with sequence number per company.
5. file storage location. set file path or after place duct assembly pops up for location save.
6. hardware connection if flange has a hole.
7. general material setting to company template or styles.
Keep up the good work.
