I love this add-in and have been using it for years now. I hope support will be added for AutoCAD 2022 soon.

It is an awesome little add-on that can save a lot of time. I have no idea why Autodesk hasn't made this as a standard! Is it in any way possible to configure it to read dxf files as well?

This is an awesome application that can get all your detail libraries organized and SEARCHABLE with just a little modification to your detail file naming convention. Now, we can do away with the "Big Binder Of Details" and the table of contents at the beginning that someone (I) has to manually update every time a new detail is added....
Nice work...i was able to gather all my libraries in one place.
Can we add multiple sets of libraries... for instance can I have Client 1, Client 2, Client 3 each with a set of details organized by discipline? Mike
Yes, It is doable by simply creating the needed folder structure and set the top level folder as a detail location in the settings. save the settings, close and relaunch the Detail manager, now you will be able to select the folder (library names) in the select Division combo box. Great Work...but the drawings are not list from the root directory, drawings must be in subfolders to view th list of drawings. In addition, the drawing preview window is not previewing the selected drawing.
It is a preferred way to arrange them in specific folders but your choice of arrangement is possible with user settings which will be added in the next release. The DetailManager reads the saved thumbnail preview from drawing, If you open and save your files which are missing the preview in AutoCAD then the preview thumbnail will be shown and make sure you have enabled the "Save thumbnail preview Image" in AutoCAD options dialog box Thanks for your comments and please send your product support queries to support@cadmanagertools.com Regards, CADManagerTools
Great tool. Is there a way to search through all subfolders though? Would be very handy.
