I just purchased this. When I try to drag one of the valves from the palette, I received a message saying no block available. None of the valves have blocks. Please fix and send me another file.
I object strongly to you posting ignorant negative comments here. If you need training or support you should have emailed me at the support email provided. Nothing requires fixing. Over 1,000 happy users of my content have also enjoyed free upgrades and free copies of our Nozzle Catalogue. Some customers have issues when they move content from the installed location to another folder, and links to block libraries are broken. Nothing is ignorant about my post. The valves do not install properly. When I try to insert valve from palette, I get a message saying "Can't find symbol for specified part". I am using Plant 3D version 2022
