We have been using this application for a few years now and it definitely saves time, allows for a centralised control of document naming and creation of PDF / CAD etc as required.
Definitely an application to look in to if you do not have it.

Gutes Tool um schnell zu Drucken. Es ist gut investiertes Geld, da es viel Zeit spart.
Zwei Dinge gibt es die mich leicht stören:
- Es fehlt eine Möglichkeit direkt nach der Planauswahl mit den vorherigen Einstellungen zu drucken. Momentan muss man vier bis fünf mal bestätigen bis man Drucken kann.
- Wenn ich auf schließen klicke, dann will ich das Programm auch schließen und nicht gefragt werden, ob ich es wirklich verlassen möchte.
Ansonsten alles bestens!
Hoffentlich kommt bald die Version für 2024 raus.

We appreciate your feedback! - I understand how if you previously defined the format, then it would be convenient to just select the sheet and choose Print/Export and have it start the operation. For many though, its an important to double check to ensure they have the correct format, and they want the issue name/reason to remain the same and validate its ready to start. 3 quick clicks get you through it. But yes, we are looking at introducing a "Favourites" feature to just repeat common tasks. - That could be a little annoying if someone accidentally hit the close button (which plenty of people do) and lost the work they've done. But that said, we do remember the last settings for next time, so it wouldn't really be the end of the world to reopen the dialog and step back through it again... The Revit 2024 release is ready. It will be uploaded very soon, but if you email us we can send you a link directly.
This is the best batch PDF software out there in my opinion. No matter which company I go to, this is one of the first add-ins I recommend.

Saves me hours of work when creating documents.
Buy without hesitation If you are looking to speed up the creation of multiple pdf, dwg and drawing issue registers.

I was looking for a way to batch PDF our projects and this is perfect! The only issue I currently have is that the default printing option has <Project,number>, which I can fill in later..
But when I make a custom printing profile and I add <Project,number>, it gives a red cross and I cannot save the profile :/

Hi Joeri, We responded to your email a couple of days ago, did you not receive it? Answers copied below: You just need to copy your database to a network and then update each computers config file to reference the centralised database location. This can be done as part of installation or manually afterwards as outlined here: https://xrev01.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/Transmit/pages/491741/Deployment You can nominate a profile as "Optional" by adding a question mark <Project.Number?>. We had the same issue. Chance it first at Revit side on Project information, after that, added Project numeber will work fine with Xrev. It is some sort of bug in Xrev.
Hi. We actually replied to this comment in December 2018, but for some reason it hasn't been approved and published. I'm trying from a different account. Our naming rules have validation to ensure each field is valid. As covered in our extensive online help file there are numerous solutions. Add a question mark <Project.Number?> Which tells the software the field is optional, give the Revit project a project number is set a default value.
This saves you so much time and money it is crezy! Just a 1 time setup of all your output types (PDF, dwg, paper in different configurations) and you can put it all on the company network as well so all employees have the same settings. Pretty sure I have more then made up for the cost of this app with 1 or 2 times exporting of my sheets!
We use xref to export pdf's and dwg's out to our contractors and clients but we have been noticing that when we do a bunch of drawings at the same time, some drawings will not show in Autocad DWG. We still get the sheet and title block correct but the drawing is empty. Any clue what we might be doing wrong on the process?

Did a print publish and about 5 views in my project will now not open, will have to go in and now recreate these views Also was not able to get the drawing name to print in the file name, can you get the program to do this, not very user friendly.
Hi Robert, I'm sorry you are experiencing issues. As you can tell by the many happy customers the software works. It's always best to contact our expert support team at support@xrev.com.au if you experience any issues. There is a known issue with Revit 2018 and any Print/Export API tools. You need to be running Revit 2018.0.2 or later, as this is when Autodesk resolved the issue. Also as our tool makes no changes to the Revit file, it is highly unlikely that it was the cause of your view corruption. If you still experience issues please email our support team.
This software is fantastic. It is perfect for what we need in my job. It saves so much time and you only just have to set it up once. Plus a great shout out to their customer service asked them a question and they got back to me so quickly and with a solution. If you don’t believe me use their trial first.

Hi Karen, thanks for the feedback, the 2018 version is available. We've submitted it to the app store and waiting for Autodesk to approve. You can download today direct from our website. Please ensure you have the Revit 2018.0.2 update before using it.

Hi Simon, Thanks. We do have a 2018 version, but we cannot release it as yet. Unfortunately there is a bug in Revit 2018 and we are waiting for Autodesk to resolve it. They have identified the problem, and are working on a fix which should hopefully rollout with the next 2018 update. As soon as we've tested with that build and verified its fixed will make the 2018 version of Transmit available.

Does exactly what it says. So much easier to issue sets of drawings. Pretty easy to set up, you will use this every day!
This is the one app I insist on wherever I go. You make your money back quicker than you can issue a set of drawings. We automate BS1192:2007 file naming. I recommend it to everyone using Revit. Run the trial, feel the grin!
I have used this product since 2008 and would recommend it to everyone it’s a fantastic product that will make your life easier and save you time I have tried other transmit products and this is by far the best and most easiest to use
If your publishing PDF's, DWF's, DGN's, DWG's and hardcopies from Revit the old fashioned way you are wasting your time. This App has saved me and my colleagues massive amounts of time and stress. Buy it, you wont be disappointed.
