I have been using this application for a very long time, it is very functional and useful! True, for ventilation in Revit 2024.1 it does not always work correctly and not everything. There are critical revit errors that lead to revit crashing.

does anyone has been issues with dynamo visualization after installing this plugin? Is odd that after installing this plugin dynamo on revit 2022 not show the nodes.
Yes, I have had the same issue. I had to uninstall this to use Dynamo again. Not sure what the cause of the issue is, but it's a real shame.

I found the plugin Excellent, I love it.
The only problem is that (at least in Revit 2022) it crashes the dynamo window and nodes are not visible, so I have to activate and deactivate the plugin constantly.
Please, please fix this Microdesk!! Very inconvenient to have to constantly shut off your add-in - plus disabling it removes my associated keyboard shortcuts so I have to reload those, too.
When I use these functions in Tab Accelerator MEP, the output pípes are different sizes

How to use Microdesk 2023 on Revit 2024: After you have installed Microdesk 2023 go to: "C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\OnboxApp.bundle\Contents" Create a new folder named "2024". Then you'll go inside the "2023" folder and copy everything. After that you will paste it inside the "2024" folder you've just created. Now go to: "C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2024" And paste the archives you have just copied. Now you can open Revit 2024 and everything should be working.

I have just been trying this plugin and in my Revit 2021 it does not draw the connections like the elbows for pipes. Not sure if it’s a problem with the latest update or because it’s the free version.

I love the tools but the addin itself renders Dynamo useless in Revit 2022.1. It took a lot of testing to figure out which addin was doing it. Once they fix that I will download it again.

I love using this in revit 2022, now i am in revit 2023 and im having trouble :(
I noticed that my Dynamo 2.12 for Revit 2022 does not work properly when microdesk accelerator is installed. The nodes are not visible and I can only see wires. after uninstalling Microdesk, dynamo works again.

Same situation here. This is a major issue for any users heavily using Dynamo. If it cannot be resolved the obvious choice is to ditch microdesk.
Thank you for your feedback. We are working on releasing the Microdesk Accelerator for Revit 2023 and with this we are looking into the dynamo conflicts as well.

It looks like they discontinued the free download and raised the price by 750%. That's terrible, it is such a good product but for that kind of money I don't think it's worth it. Hi, Love this Add-In. I hope the developer adds an option to "Connect with Transition Piece".
Your plugin is the best ever hands down. Might I suggest a few more commands and critques.
The Align branch (the one with the "align in 3d" tooltip) that needs to be revised to allow for WYE(45deg) fitting connection not just a Tee connection (90deg) seems to also rotate the pipe to be perpindicular to the main.
A button to correct vertical pipes that get out of the vertical and end up with a slopes like 129022/12" degrees.
WIshlist Item: I see alot of other plugins that create openings for pipes passing thru Structure, but they have got it all wrong. They need to be Fire rated sleeves (category = pipe accessories )(set to break into). I have a Hilti sleeve type that I have been perfecting for over 5 years now that I can send to explain my point.
Thanks for the kind comments! Regarding your first comment, I may have some good news: In the latest version of the tools, the Align Branch Lite command does exactly what you want. The vertical pipe question has come up a number of times now, so that may be our next project! Regarding Pipe sleeves, we have made a custom tool doing exactly that for one of our clients in NY. In fact, we built most of it during a training class for their BIM managers! It's easier than you think. Reach out to your Microdesk sales person if that sounds interesting.

Very useful for MEP modeling. Particularly liked the simplicity of the "Sum Parameters" tool.
