This collection of Autodesk® Revit® plugins enhances productivity by streamlining schedule management, space creation, and data documentation workflows:
Schedule Creator
Enables users to generate schedules for selected categories with fully customizable field selection and intelligent prefix-based naming conventions for consistency and clarity.
Schedule Manager
Facilitates the export and import of Revit schedule data via Excel, allowing for seamless data editing, bulk updates, and collaborative coordination.
Export PanelSchedule
Effortlessly exports Revit Panel Schedule views to a structured Excel (.xlsx) file for documentation and coordination.
Space Creator
Automatically generates spaces by extracting room data from linked Revit models, with built-in level mapping and transaction-safe execution to maintain data integrity.
Space Mapper
Map Room Name and Room Number values to user-selected parameters in specified categories of elements, supporting enhanced project documentation and spatial coordination.
The Schedule Creator if possible, could have a search bar or a resizable dialog for better selection of types to filter through.
For Schedule Manager, I encounter an error of "Microsoft.IO.RecyclableMemoryStream, Version=1.4.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of" during schedule export.
Space Creater is also another lifesaver. Working with linked files often leads to a lot of unusable functions from a lot of plugins. Luckily, this tool can create new Spaces from the linked file Room Data, and I can easily run a plugin to create plan/ceiling/elevation simultaneously from the newly created spaces!
I’ve been using Cbox FM for a while, and it’s made my FM workflows so much simpler. The interface is intuitive, and the tools are practical for real project use. Exporting schedules to Excel and mapping spaces is seamless. Definitely one of the most useful plugins for Revit!
Cbox FM makes everyday FM tasks so much easier. I really love how smooth the tools are — especially Schedule Creator and Space Mapper. Exporting and managing data through Excel is a huge time-saver, and everything fits nicely into the Revit workflow.
It’s clear a lot of thought went into making this plugin practical for real project needs. Great job to the CBox team for building something that truly helps BIM and FM work together better!
