When working in arquitectural model the area of formwork of the element is considered the area in contact wtih other element IE : Beams with collums , walls with collums, etc.. but in Estrutural is all ok,...

This is one of the "MUST HAVE" tools. I mostly use it for elements positioning (numbering), to get formwork areas and it is really helpful when tagging openings because of shared parameters for Bottom, Top (real and relative) ect.
Thanks for the Update! Really missed the Section View, Dimensioning and the Family Generator in Version 2017. Now I'm happy :O)
