General Instructions

Option 1 (by CAD layers)

One Revit family type will be used for all CAD blocks on the same layer (recommended for distribution from DiaLux)

Option 2 (by CAD block names)

One Revit family type will be used for each CAD block with a unique name

Instructions

1.     Link/Import the CAD drawing

2.     Adjust the position of the CAD drawing in the desired view

3.     Place Spaces/Rooms

4.     Run the add-in

5.     Select the CAD drawing

6.     Pick a family type for each CAD object

7.     Press ok
