4D Simulation
說明
The 4D Simulation tool is an Autodesk® Revit® addin that queries the model to obtain, categorize and retrieve data of the project elements to generate a construction planning simulation.
The tools achieve this goal by getting and organizing the model information by categories and levels. Then, it assigns construction dates and tasks to each element to generate construction process simulation files to be exported to Autodesk® Navisworks®.
This simulation is generated in the format of 2 .csv files (.csv stands for Comma Separated Values Source File). These files contain the data of each element simulation part (Simulation Components.csv) and identification for each simulation (Simulation Identification.csv).
The 4D Simulation tool also employs another element to achieve this. It checks the model and determines if a shared parameters file is assigned. This is necessary to append to it the parameters required to generate the simulation data. If the SPF doesn't exist, it creates one and assigns it to the project.
This command stores the construction planning relevant information of each element in these parameters. Then it extracts the data from these parameters, sorting and retrieving it in the .csv files.
