For the quickest support, it's best to use our forum: https://forum.evolvelab.io/tags/c/veras/veras-revit/15/veras-support Regarding the sign-in issue, it could be a firewall setting set for Revit outside of our addin's control.
Can I use for Revit LT?
Hello Kateryna, Thank you for the question. Revit LT doesn't support add-ins, however you can use the web version of Veras by uploading images from your Revit LT project to https://veras.evolvelab.io/ I hope that helps! -Bill
