Business Central (Nav) Integration 2020



This application automates data transfer between Autodesk® Vault®, Autodesk® Inventor® and Dynamics Business Central or Navision. Item information and BOM information can be transferred. It is possible to preview live ERP Item information and BOM information inside Vault. It is also possible to compare the Vault Bill of Materials with the Dynamics bill of materials. If BOM versions are being used in Dynamics Navision or Business Central then it is possible to compare Vault BOM with old versions of ERP BOM. For details please visit It is also possible to create pdf attachments to the items, sales orders, purchase orders, sales quotes, purchase quotes, vendors, customers directly from Vault. This add-in also comes with an Inventor add-in. For attachments to work, a package needs to be installed on Business Central. Please contact us for setting up the integration for you. 


Business Central On-Premise or Navision should have already been set up or Business Central Saas version login is required. Users can signup for Business Central trial using link Dynamics 365 - Home Page


Note: This app uses a custom installer (and not the standard App Store installer).


After installation, when Autodesk Vault or Inventor is started then the trial period starts. The trial period is for 1 month

This version supports the creation of Items, Bill of Materials, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and other entities directly from Autodesk Vault and Inventor. The default macro program has been updated so that the user need not change the default macro
