  • Imperial Components are actually Metric Components

    Have to give this a 1 star due to the Imperial components being Metric components.  OD's of the conduit pipe are all wrong.  Hopefully this will get corrected as it is of no use if the components are wrong. Example:  3” conduit should have an od of 3.5” and the program has it, and I checked the catalog, as 3.543” (90mm).  2” should be 2.375” and the catalog has it as 2.48” (63mm).  1” should be 1.315” and catalog shows 1.259” (32mm).

    Hi David, We contacted you by email and asked for the technical reference behind your claim, but you did not respond. If there is a real issue, we are happy to review and correct it. But public complaints without providing supporting data do not help solve anything.
